Can you not HeX?

I only started this week and have had milk or cheese as HeXa but haven't had any HeXb on any day - Is this ok?

You need to try and eat both for Heath and weight loss. It's part of the plan.


Week 1 -7.5lb
Week 2 - 4.0lb
Week 3 - 0.5lb
Week 4 - 4.5lb
Week 5 - hol
Week 6 - sts
Week 7 - sts
Week 8 -
Week 9 -
Week 10 -
 
I remember our C commenting about somebodies loss at class, she asked what had changed & they said 'I had my hex's' so yes it may make a difference, why haven't you been having them?

No you do not need to have them - they are just that, extras, but they are recommended for a healthy balanced diet :)

Does anyone know if Nairns oatcakes can be used as a HexB? If they can how many a day and does it include the cheese oatcakes? Thanks
