Special k cereal?
Just wondered if any of the special k cereals are a hex b? The app just says 4.5 syns a bowl? X

I am new to this forum I wasn't aware I had posted something that was breaking forum rules.
Thank you for making me aware of this.
SW don't mind forum members passing the odd bit of info to each other but they get very "twitchy" about members giving out wholesale info so that people who haven't paid to join could follow the plan.
There's a thread somewhere about it but I can't find it at the mo.
I'll link it in when I do.

I want to get back to target! And I keep messing up!
So I've reset everything (again, again) and this is what I want to achieve:
START (7/7/14) - 79.4 Kg (12:7 - exactly 1 st over target )
New targets updated 27th April 2015
1. Get back to where I was at the start of the 2014 by 11/05/15 - 77.5 (12:2¾)
2. Get back to Original target by 08/06/15 - 75.75 (11:13)
3. Get back to Interim target by 29/06/15 - 74.4 (11:10)
AND THEN HAVE A THINK ABOUT WHETHER I WANT TO GET BACK TO FINAL TARGET - 73.2 (11:7½)
The easiest thing is just to go browsing in this sub-forum - you will pick up info on lots of the cereals that can be used
