Hi...and HELP!

Hello :)
I'm completely new to slimming world this week and feeling a little bamboozled so far.
My main question is this: can I split my healthy extras? (Mainly A)
I would never eat FOUR (?!?!) dairylea light triangles, but would really like to be able to halve it and then also have half the skimmed milk as part of my Healthy extra A choice so that I can still have cereal for breakfast?

Do any of you do this?

I have always split my Healthy Extras, and it doesn't seem to have ever effected my loss but not sure if your meant to do it xx
 
Probably not meant to but I always do this. I can manage 3 of my laughing cow extra lights with my ryvita at lunch but never manage the others. Usually I just have a couple of cups of tea throughout the day with milk in them, least I'm still getting my calcium!

Yes you can, it says so in the FAQs on the SW website :)
