I'm completely new to slimming world this week and feeling a little bamboozled so far.
My main question is this: can I split my healthy extras? (Mainly A)
I would never eat FOUR (?!?!) dairylea light triangles, but would really like to be able to halve it and then also have half the skimmed milk as part of my Healthy extra A choice so that I can still have cereal for breakfast?
Do any of you do this?
