Are the alpen light bars, the choc n fudge ones a HEXB ( 2 bars is a hexB ?) I don't want to eat them n then have to syn!

I've tried looking everywhere but my app keeps going loopy on me.

I don't eat these but its quiet on here so it might have been a while before someone who knows came along so I looked it up.

You can have 2 as a HEXB. Or 1 as a speed option as your HEXB. So have two if you want or if you just have one that's ok too and may even speed up weightloss

Yep they're listed as 2 for a Heb in the grab & go section, or else they're 3syns each.
