    Asda Wholemeal Pitta

    Hi,

I have been eating Asda wholemeal Pitta bread as a HExB for quite a while. I was just checking on the SW website and they are not on the list. Does anyone know if they are still HExB?

    Thanks.

I made a mistake today (on day 1 of doing SW) and had a Lidl wholemeal pitta thinking it was a HEB. Any idea how many syns I need to allocate to it and whether you can use part of it as HEB and syn difference or something like that? All new to me!

Use 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance
