    HEb bread slices

    Hi,
    im a newbie to sw (first week) and im doin it from home.
    ive read that 2 slices of a 400g wholegrain bread classes as my HEb option but was wondering if i can split these between 2 meals?
    have egg on toast with 1 slice for breakfast and another with stew in the evening instead of dumplings... is this allowed?

    Yes, you can eat them throughout the day however you like. And you can split healthy extras too. For example, you could have half cheese and half milk to make up your HexA instead of your full allowance of one or the other Good luck with your first week
