    Weetabix Healthy Extra B

    Hi all,

I know weetabix is listed as a grab n go for Healthy Extra B, I am wondering if anyone knows the correct weight for this? I have bought Aldi's on wheat biscuits as they are so much cheaper but I also think they are alot smaller.

If someone knows that would be great, I'm hoping I can have 3 of Aldi's!
After gallbladder surgery I'm just attempting to get back onto the SW wagon, not weighing myself or going to group, just taking one day at a time.

I would just check that the nutritional info is them same, but yes in theory you can substitute branded for non branded.
