Red face Cheese as a healthy extra.... everyday!?

I'm not really a fan of anything other than cheese on the list!

Has anyone lost weight well with having cheese everyday for their healthy extra?

    Thanks

Yup! Lost over 3 stone and have cheese as my HExA every single day. I do try and mix it up a bit though between reduced fat cheddar, babybels, cheesestrings, low low cheese spread, etc.

Why not after all people have milk every day without any problem. But there are so many different cheeses on the list it would be a crime not to make the most of them
