    M&S Count on Us Fruit and Nut Museli

    Would one of you lovelies be able to check online for me to see if 40g of M&S Count on Us Fruit and Nut Muesli is still a HExB?

    The last info I can find is from quite a while back! Thank you x

    Complete Paris Marathon - 12th April 2015 (DONE - 5h26)
    Complete Great South Run - 26th October 2014 (DONE - 1:54:06)
    Improve 10k PB (Armagh 10k 1:17:29, Lisburn 10k 1:12:49, Dambusters 10k 1:04:55, Castlewellan 10k 1:01:57)

    Complete Rock 'n' Roll Dublin Half Marathon - 4th August 2014 (DONE - 2:35:40)


    Post-Marathon Summer Countdown
    (Commencing 17/04/15 with weekly Fri WI)

    1 3/4 lb to get back to target range (8st 10 - DONE 24/04/15)
    4 3/4 lb to get back to target (8st 7)
    7 3/4lb to get down to lower end of target (8st 4)
    11 3/4lb to get down to ideal weight for summer for a bit of wriggle room (8st)

    Week 1: - 2.5 lb

    The only M&S Healthy Extra I can see under cereals is :
    35g Marks and Spencer Fruit and Fibre Muesli
