Could someone please tell me if you can have two alpen light bars as 1 healthy B?

I'm on a green day if that makes a difference

Yes, 2 Alpen Light bars count as 1 Healthy Extra B.

So technically on a green day you could have 4 of the bars, which would use up both of your B choices.
