Trouble with healthy a
Hi guys I have my two healthy a left for green day.
I can have more b's as I'm Breastfeeding and can have an extra 3 a or b a day but tend to try and only do that a few days a week when she's fed loads (she's 22 months but feeds about 8 times a day)
Has anyone any suggestions how to use them up?
I'm having mushy pea curry for dinner with quorn chicken so not really an option to chuck cheese on top lol. X
You can have cheese strings, cheese triangles or cheese slices as a healthy extra. Could you maybe snack on them through the day rather than incorporating it to your meal?
There is also a chocolate milk drink you can have if thats something you like?
Theres not too much of a choice for the Hex As unfortunately.x.x.
That's the problem though on the HEA
Not much choice really. Milk or cheese.
As Abisaurus has said, look in to the cheese triangles or alike.
Thanks what's the choc drink? Xxx
Hi there I think this may be what abisaurus means , but someone correct me if wrong.
