Trouble with healthy a
Hi guys I have my two healthy a left for green day.
I can have more b's as I'm Breastfeeding and can have an extra 3 a or b a day but tend to try and only do that a few days a week when she's fed loads (she's 22 months but feeds about 8 times a day)
Has anyone any suggestions how to use them up?
I'm having mushy pea curry for dinner with quorn chicken so not really an option to chuck cheese on top lol. X
You can have cheese strings, cheese triangles or cheese slices as a healthy extra. Could you maybe snack on them through the day rather than incorporating it to your meal?
There is also a chocolate milk drink you can have if thats something you like?
Theres not too much of a choice for the Hex As unfortunately.x.x.
