    Wholemeal wrap as Hex B

    hiya

    Can a 62g wholemeal wrap be used as part HEXB and syn the rest? It's 9 syns for the wrap, so can I have it as a HEX and 3 syns?

    If you search on here there's a thread about a new healthy extra wrap, they are ones you get in asda BFree wheat and gluten free wraps and count as a healthy extra B choice, I think these are the only wraps that you can count as healthy extra

    You're spot on. The only wraps that count as a B choice are the "BFree" wraps - I posted a whole thread about them here

    Thanks guys, I ended up synning it anyway. I don't eat them very often so it's worth it as a treat.

    Turns out I had so much veggies in it, I couldn't eat it all!
