Hi, newbie here after lurking for a while - amazing site. Have just started a diy Slimming World eating plan &, looking for wholemeal bread alternatives (OH not the biggest fan) bought some WeightWatchers Mexican-style wraps.

Each wrap has almost identical calorie and nutritional content (slightly less protein but higher fibre) as 2 slices of a 400g wholemeal loaf, but from a 'wrap-search' I did before posting, I see that one WeightWatchers wrap can't count as a HexB choice.

Given the nutritional similarity I really don't understand why this is the case - can anyone enlighten me please?
