Is hummus a HEB?

HI everyone

Is reduced far hummous a HEB? I'm sure I read somewhere it was but can't find it now.

It can only be used as a HEXB on a GREEN DAY, and its 55g of Reduced Fat Houmous.

Thank you! - I guess it would be just the plain stuff too rather than the flavoured. That's good though, I do mainly green days.

This is the best news. How did I not realise this?!? I kept using syns or avoiding houmous but not any more!
