Is it possible?

I am doing EE so only have one HEb choice. I use Asda wholemeal bread now as one slice only weighs around 22g. Can I have sultana bran as well, as the bread is not the ful 60g allowed and if so how much please

Hi, I sometimes split my extras and have 50% bread and one hifi bar. Not sure if this is technically aloud but so far it has not done any harm. Even though the bread is 22g I would count it as half of your daily allowance, to be on the safe side.

I often do this, for some people it works others find splitting hexs doesn't work.

So 22grms of bread = 36.33% of hexb therefore you still have 63.67% of a hexb to use, in your case sultana bran, is it 30grms for hexb? if so I work it out at 19.10grms of hexb to make a full hexb.

Does that make sense? if not let me know & I'll try & explain differently
