Hi, does anyone know what kinds if cracker/crispbreads can be used as a healthy B choice and how many you can have? I bought some finn crisp original rye rounds thinking I could have 3 but it turns out you can only have 2 which isn't enough to fill me up at lunch :( I also have in the cupboard Ryvita's in Dark Rye, Sweet Onion and sesame variety and also some Morrisons NuMe Melba Toasts.... any of these any good? We are going on holiday soon (only UK) and I need something to have instead of pre-packaged sandwiches for lunch as we'll be hopefully having picnics, we are staying in a hotel room so will have no kitchen facilities at all!

Hmmmmmm, I thought you could have about 6 of the Finn crisp ones, yep you can have the Ryvita Dark Rye & Sweet Onion, but can't remember how many exactly I think it's only 2, perhaps you could have a look on the hex section as someone may have posted that query already.;)

For picnics you could have boiled eggs, tinned tuna, tomatoes, carrot sticks, in fact there's a thread on picnic food as well!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know if you can have the Jacobs Wholegrain crackers as a healthy b?

The round shaped finn crisp rye is a lot thicker than normal finn crisp they are 45kcals each so 2.5 syns each, such a shame as they taste lovely :)
