Jacobs Crackers - Multigrain - Healthy B?

Does anyone know if you can use the Jacobs Crackers - Multigrain as a healthy b?

I use Wholegrain crackerbreads and noticed the Jacobs crackers whilst shopping the other day!

Would be grateful if someone could let me know!
