OMG, today I discovered puffed wheat. You get 35g for a hexB, which is so much it doesn't fit into a cereal bowl. Totally yum too, that's me hooked.
Where did you buy it from?
I got mine from Asda, in the healthy cereal section, no sugar, no salt. I'm not near the box now but I think it is from The Healthy Cereal Co., or something like that. But I believe Sainsbury do their own version.
My asda don't do it will have to look in sainsburys then

Morrisons do it too!! I buy a couple at a time!!! I usually have half in the morning, then the rest for my supper!! If you sprinkle sweetener on it, it tastes like sugar puffs!!!!!
yeah, it does doesn't it, i think I'm going to try splitting the portion, have two yummy bowls
