Wholegrain porridge oats

Sent my husband shopping earlier ? he came back with Scottish wholegrain porridge oats, are these still counted as a HEX B? Thanks x

As long as they don't have anything else added to them, and tey are just oats, then I would think so. There has been another thread here about Irish oats. Don't think the nationality matters!!
