    Alpen Lights no longer HEX B

    Thought I'd let everyone know the new recipe Alpen lights are no longer a HEX B due to increased calories and less fibre.

    The old style ones (70 cals) are still HEX B but shops are going to stop selling them so stock up!

    Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus,exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.
