Wholemeal pitta bread?

Hi - I just joined SW tonight and have tried to follow the plan today based on information from friends. I've now got the books and have been having a good read through. Could anyone tell me please if wholemeal pitta bread counts as a healthy extra, please? Thank you.

The only one that counts is the WW wholemeal pitta bread, any other brands would need synned x
