    Alpen light bars alternative? ??

    Hi all sorry if this has been asked before I was just wondering if there was any lower priced cerial bars that counted as a HE ??

    There's barely any cereal bars (hifi aside) that count as HEB, think it's only the Special K Chewy Delight and Weetabix Oaty bars left now. So I just wait for offers on them. Noticed the Special K ones were on offer (I think 1/pack) in Sainsbury's today.

    If you can still find the 70 calorie Alpen Lights, you can continue using those as HEB. It's only the new recipe that don't meet criteria. Just in case you didn't know.

    Hi slimlolly thanks for yiur reply I noticed this morning when ordering my shopping thwy dont sell alpen lights anymore in asda !
    I may try the special k ones thanks again x
