Healthy extra basics - help please

I'm basically doing slimming world from memory as there are no groups in Singapore and I didn't bring my book. I've always used my healthy A foe milk and healthyB for cereal, I was trying to explain the diet to an Aussie neighbour and promised to write down the basics for her, but don't know what her other healthy extra options are, I would be very appreciative if some one could tell me just the basic options so I can pass them on to her
