    Weetabix Oaty Bars?

    I just found these in home bargains for only 99p a pack..

    Oaty bars

    They contain more fibre per bar than Alpen (5.6 g for the Chocolate one) but also slightly more calories (90 cals)..

    I bought them thinking i can always syn them..4.5 is low for a bar. But if it was a healthy extra that would be great!

    Could anyone look it up?

    They are one bar for a HExB or only 3.5 Syns each x

    Had one today the choc one, very sweet but moreish! Makes a nice change from alpen light bars x
