The composition of HI8 for 50g is:

Calories180Sodium0 mg
Total Fat3 gPotassium0 mg
Saturated1 gTotal Carbs36 g
Polyunsaturated0 gDietary Fiber3 g
Monounsaturated0 gSugars10 g
Trans0 gProtein5 g
Cholesterol0 mg

I see from another page that Jordans 50g is
[h=2]1 Serving=1 Serving/50g)[/h]

No there isnt enough fibre.
One of the the hex b rules is to be a hex b there has to be a certain amount of fibre and that has less then the Jordans muesli.

If it isnt online or in the book then it isnt a hex b - sorry

Thank you hun.. much appreciated

Ill just figure out now how much the syns are and evaluate if its worth keeping the bag!

Going by the info you've given it'd be 9 syns for 50g :) you can calculate things like this-with no free food allowance - using 1 syn for every 20 cals x hth
