    I all,

I know you can have 35g of puffed wheat as a b choice, but is this a specific brand only?

    Thanks

It's any brand and it is gorgeous. Personally I like to make it like sugar puffs by using sweetner. You get loads for your 35g. Enjoy.

you do get loads for 35g. I was amazed the first time. Great for when you want a really big bowl of cereal. Be warned though a box does not contain many 5gm portions.
