Hi

Ive noticed that oats so simple do a new instant pot of the multigrain porridge - does anyone know if these can be used as a healthy B Like the sachets can?

i just saw this yesterday at my local supermarket, it must be same if the quantities and kcal are? hopefully somebody can answer this. x

Cant see the "pots" online, I can only see the "sachets" that are a HEXB.
