    Tassimo Milk - HEA?

Hi guys, I have a tassimo machine and to use it I use two pods - a milk and an expresso.

Can I use the milk as my HEA and the expresso be free?

Hiya, thanks. I think that one is a hot chocolate. If I remember rightly the expresso discs are free just not sure about the milk. I would have thought if it was just milk with nothing added it would be free but who knows lol I'm also not sure if it is semi or full fat. :/ Thanks for looking.

I think these are called "creamer" t discs. They add sugar to them so at least the calories from the sugar needs to be syned. According to the SW website:

    Product Extra Easy Original Green
T-Discs Cadbury Hot Chocolate with Creamer , each
    6
    6
    6
T-Discs Carte Noire Cappuccino , each
    3
    3
    3
T-Discs Carte Noire Latte Macchiato , each
    5
    5
    5
T-Discs Carte Noire Latte Macchiato, Caramel , each
    5
    5
    5
    T-Discs Costa Cappuccino , each
    3
    3
    3
    T-Discs Costa Latte , each
    5
    5
    5
    T-Discs Creamer , each
    2
    2
    2
    T-Discs Milka , each
    7
    7

But those syns will be for the milk as well as the sugar in the discs. It depends how safe you want to be; I think you'd be alright counting it as 1/3 of your HeA (because 1 HeA of milk is 6 syns) plus 1/2 a syn for the added sugar.
