Combining foods to make a full HEX

    Hi all,

Just wondering can I combine foods within a HEX.

For example if I want to use a small amount of skimmed milk but not the full allowance, can I count it as 1/2 a HEXA and then have some low fat cheddar cheese to make up the remaining 1/2 HEXA??

    Thanks!

Ah, this is good to know! I could probably benefit from doing a similar milk/cheese menage.
