Healthy Extra A

Hi, I'm new to slimming world, and only started yesterday but doing it from home (not going to any clubs)..

I hope this hasn't been answered a hundred times, but with healthy extras is it okay to have double the amount of one thing? For example I have 250ml of Soya milk on HEA, but would generally use more than that in the day, so would I be able to have two lots of Soya milk (making it 500ml) to count for both HEAs?

I'm doing the green days as I'm a vegetarian, so I have two Healthy Extras for A and two for B.

Yes that's fine you can have whatever you want for your healthy extras as long as it's on the list.
 
I have been known to have 4 cheese portions as my 2 hex a and 2 hex b on occasion . I also mainly do green.

You are meant to vary them to get a wider range of essential vitamins minerals fibre healthy fats calcium etc

Have you tried the light almond milk that is virtually 1 litre for 1 hex a
