Morning everyone,

Sorry if this has recently been posted , I did do a search but the last one I found was May.

I just wanted to check are Alpen Lights are back as a HEB? I read in the May post that the company was reverting back to the original recipe. I just don't want to go out and buy the Apple & Sultana to find I need to syn them

Hello,

Yes they are still a healthy extra BUT make sure you have the ones that are 70 calories a bar. When they changed them they went up to 90 calroies a bar.

Hi Cheekypasterfield,

These are back to being HEb but you can also use the Aldi Benefit Light bars - the Apple & Sultana is lovely (& it helps just a little that they are cheaper)

Be careful about the ones in poundland at the moment as they are not a hex because they are the 90 calorie ones which they released briefly before the change back

Yes you can have two alpen light bars or two aldi benefit light bars for one hex b
And you can split them over the day
