I'm looking to cut as much wheat and dairy out of my diet, not entirely intolerant but it does bloat me. (I previously lost half a stone just cutting that out, so it goes to show!) I'm going to have to go half hogs on the dairy until I'm down to my target but the wheat should be easier on EE. I was thinking of creating my own cereal for the morning. Most Museli has gluten products in it, plus raisins and I hate them, bearing in mind I'll eat most things. Porridge does not contain the type of gluten I react to. I was thinking of mixing some with fresh fruit and some dried fruits and nuts and seeds, with it. Does anyone have a list of the latest HEB for dried fruit, nuts and seeds please? Many thanks. xx PS and I agree, gluten free bread is not very nice, my son has been having it for the last couple of years. Glad the poor little blighter doesn't know any different!
