Vegan New To SW

Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before but Im struggling with HExA I am vegan and also dislike substitute milks! Has anyone experienced this and if so what do you do? thank you for any help. Im new to this SW malarkey and a little confused! xxx

On the SW website they list a soy cheese as a HEX A. Also, there is a vegan/vegetarian thread you might find useful:
