total fat is 17g

cant find ingredient.

is this count as FREE, or extra healthy B (cereal) or syn?

that is really high even there are some cranberries i think, is super speed free!? and it is not count!?
hope anyone can find out the ingredient in and it will help me why it is too high syn!

As nanny doreen says these will be quite high in syns as essentially they are just posh flapjacks!!! You can calculate syns for things like this using 1 syn for every 20 cals rule as they have no free food allowance. HTH

According to the M&S website, each square is 335 calories. Fat content per 100g is 25.2g, sugar content is 28.8g.

This is taken from this table, dated September 2014. There is older information available on the web, giving different figures, but this is the latest.
