Hi peeps ... hope you`re all ok :D

Just a quicky, I usually have nimble wholemeal as a HexB, but I`m getting a bit fed up with it ... I don`t like other bread or Ryvita, and I`m not mad keen on pittas really, but I do like a nice wholemeal wrap lol .... I don`t suppose there are any that are classed as a HexB are there??

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately the only HeB wraps I have found on the SW website are the BFree foods Wheat & Gluten free ones, and even then you can only have 1. You can get them in Asda and Tescos I think.

Annoying because I love wraps :( I tend to go for lettuce wraps these days though after discovering the wholemeal ones I had been eating were 7 syns each, oops!

Thank you for that :) ... Looks like I`ll have to stick with my Nimble ... Weight watchers Pitta breads used to be ok for a HexB ... do you know if that`s still the case?

Hi

I've just checked - the WW love fibre pitta breads are a hexB, but you're only allowed 1. They are 5 syns otherwise.

Hope that helps!

Daisy, if you find a wrap that's less than 120 calories per serving and contains more than 3g of fibre (I think those are the criteria) then you could submit the information to SW to ask them if it's possible for them add it to their lists as a HexB - might be worth a try!

Think I know the answer to this already, but as you say there are 2 types, they are both "Weight Watchers 'Love Fibre'" ... But I`m guessing it`s only the 50/50 type that are a HexB? ... And that the just White flour ones aren`t a HexB ... Is that right?? Thanks

Just a quick update on this, I have tried the ASDA 'Bfree' wraps and they were awful, like chewing on a tasteless soggy bit of cardboard, and certainly not worth the money they cost (£2.80 from the smaller ASDA express near us) ... I`ve tried the Weight Watchers 50/50 'Love Fibre' wraps (103 kcal) and they are GORGEOUS !!! Only problem is, our Tescos only had 2 packs left (which I bought), and they haven`t had anymore in for over a week now, but they have loads of the White flour 'Love Fibre' ones ... :/ Can anyone else tell me who else stocks/where else I can buy the Love Fibre 50/50 ones.

Thanks peoples, you`re all ace xx

You're right about it only being the 50/50 ones. Asda stock them as well as Tesco round here but obviously milage may vary. :)
