    Ryvita Crackerbread Original?

Does anyone know if Ryvita Crackerbread Original can be used as a HEX? If so how many slices can I have? I bought the Original instead of the High Fibre and I can only see that you are allowed 7 slices of the high fibre Crackerbread?

This is all new to me so I am a bit confused. Thanks!

I'm a bit confused as I have just found Ryvita Crackerbread in the 'Little book of low syn snacks' and it says that all types of crackerbread are 1 syn per slice? Can I just use 2 slices as my HEX and if so, do they not count as syns or only count if I have any more slices than the 2 HEX ones?

You can have 2 for hex choice and any after that will be of syn value.

I think the Ryvita crispbreads and the Ryvita Crackerbread are getting mixed up here!!

Are you talking about the Crackerbread that comes in the long yellow box?
If so, then it really should be the high fibre ones as that what HE B choices are about...getting enough fibre.

    Hope that helps

Yes that's right - 4 Ryvita Crispbreads either Original/Dark Rye/Sesame. I like mine with Diarylea light topped with wafer thin ham and tomatoes on a red day.

Can I just confirm the "Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbread" isn't HEX B then? It's not the long yellow box, a small biege coloured box. I'm confused, sorry

That's the syns for the crackerbread rather than the crispbreads. Syns for those vary depending on the type but you can work it out by looking at the calories - 1 syn for every 20 calories!
