    alpen light bars

    just wanted to share that i tried the orande and choco and fudge and choco bars. They are delicious and can't believe they can be used as a hex b or 3syns...

    A healthy B is usually 6 syns (if not used as a healthy extra).... you can have 2 alpen light bars as a B, so therefore 3 syns each........ *she says whilst ripping a summer fruit one open* xxx

    Ohh which ones did you use to have Zena? Where they free? I love Alpen lights but get bored of them......... x

    i'm not a big fan - i prefer the hi-fi bars as they're tastier and chewier. bought £5 worth last night!

    i can eat 2 alpen lights in the time it takes to eat the hi-fi bar though due to the huge air pockets in the alpen lights!!
