I chose my target weight on the basis that my previous WW goal weight had been 11st 1lb, and the upper limit of that was 11st 6lb.
So, sort of thought as I am now older, and saggy skin is less forgiving, I didn't want to lose too much, so settled on the 11st 6lb, which was my 10% award as well.
But, saying that, I am trying, not very successfully to get my 1.5 stone award, which would mean 11st 3lb, and the lowest weight I can be in target.
Hope that makes sense!

I've been wondering when to call target myself. Let's face it - I'm never going to be 9st 10lbs like I once was!To get there I was running and circuit training etc etc!! It just ain't gonna happen!
TBH I've achieved more than I every imagined. I've done it completely at home on my own with the help of Minimins and lost 25lbs!!!
It's nice to hear someone with a reasonable target - not like some of these skinny minnies on here - who also happen to be young and gorgeous too! (Jealous?? Moi??)

Have you decided on a Target weight yet?
When I started in January I had to put some kind of target into the stats so I chose 10st 7lbs but honestly thought I would get no lower than (and be happy with) 11st 7lbs. Then when I hit 11st 7lbs I started to get really encouraged by the thread 11 stones into 10 stones and began to believe that I can possibly get into the 10s!!!
So at the mo I'll stick with a target of 10st 7lbs but might call it a day at 10st 10lbs
