Thread: From WW Goal to SW Target and the Fat Years Inbetween!

Jackie set me a task today, to look back at old photos of me, to try and see that there is a difference, now that I am at Target, because I am having a difficult time seeing this.

I think the hardest part is seeing how fat I actually got, because I probably thought I still looked like I was at my WW goal weight

I have gathered together photos of me, since 2004, when we first had a digital camera, that are mainly taken in late July/early August, along with the weight that I was at the time.

Even I can now see, that I went from thin to very fat, and have to say, that in comparison to the ones of the last two years, I definately do look different now

This photo is taken on my 41st Birthday at the Sheraton World Resort in Florida.

I weighed 10st 12.5lbs, and had been under my WW goal weight (11st 1lb) for 16 months.........

This photo is taken in August 2005 at the Bahia Principe Hotel Tenerife, and I weighed 11st 6.5lbs, which was just outside my WW goal weight, and is the weight that I chose as my SW Target weight.........

This photo is taken in August 2006, on my 43rd Birthday, at the Magic Kingdom and I weighed 12st 5.5lbs, 13lb heavier than the previous summer!

But it had been an awful year, ending with my younger brother dying at the beginning of July, and not eating until his funeral, and then piling on the weight between then and going away...........

This photo is taken in August 2007 in Torquay, when I weighed 12st 7lbs......

This photo was taken in August 2008 at the Suite Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort when I weighed 12st 1lb, but had been going to Curves for 8 months and had lost 18 + inches so wasn't bothered about how much I weighed......

This photo was taken at MILs 75th Birthday Meal, and I weighed 12st 10lbs.......

This photo was taken on Christmas Day 2009, when I weighed 12st 7.5lbs, after being so horified at the photos of me at MILs birthday that I was trying at WW again, and gone back blonde!.......

This photo was taken in July 2010, whilst waiting to go into the X Factor auditions with my sons friend, when I weighed a whopping 13 stone.........

This photo was taken at the end of October 2010 at the Nant Ddu Lodge to celebrate my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary, I had yet again gone back to WW, and weighed 12st 10lbs......

These photos were taken at the end of November 2010, when WW propoints was introduced, when I weighed 12st 9lbs. They were taking jokingly as my 'before' pictures, because I was going to make such a success of it this time.
That all went to pot over the Christmas, and I returned to WW in the New Year weighing 13st, again

This photo was taken in December 2010, when we decided at the last minute to go to Hubbys Works Christmas Party, because of heavy snow, and Kate did my hair.

I reached Target, 11st 6.5lbs, on the 2nd August, 2011, well actually 1lb under, at 11st 5.5lbs.

Then gained 3.5lbs by the following week, after my extended celebrations and birthday weekend.

These photos were taken on the 13th August, 2011 in London........

This photo was taken in September, when my Son found some hats whilst sorting through his bedroom, and we were doing our best Dolly Parton Sing-a-long.

Working 9 to 5, what a way to make a living....
