Rochelle's before/after

thought id post this as can really tell a difference when ive looked at them. im 3st down (well i was when this after pic was taken, working on getting my holiday gain off now) so hoping i can post another pic when im another couple of stone down and see the difference again


the before pic was taken on holiday last year, no idea what i weighed then, might have even been a bit lighter than when i started slimming world. the after pic was taken before i set off for the aiport on 24th of august, just gotten my 3st award from slimming world the wednesday before that and was 3st 1lb down

Thanks everyone I can see loads of difference in my arms and in my face. Face looks loads thinner in the second picture.

Ill try and remember to take a pic after every stone lost. So I have a little photo book reminder on here as to how far I've come!! I took a side shot on hols too so that will be interesting to see what I look like after another stone x
