Thread: Back on it to lose the final stone....

Lost nearly 5 stone....gone from a 18/20 to a 12/14. 1 stone left to lose....was stuck with slimming world so left to do calorie counting. Utter disaster....always hungry...using my calories to eat junk....thankfully I didn't gain but I felt rubbish. Back on what I KNOW works. I cannot go back.... Xx
