Hi guys even though I have lost a bit at times I personally can't see it that much, Well until yesterday and saw 2 pics and was shocked at the change

So this is me before and now after losing 4st 6lb long way to go but it's progress

Yea first week 1st 1lb if that wasn't enough motivation to continue with SW then I'm not sure what would have been for me

Thought I would return the favour and have a glance at your stats very impressed you have done fantastic
 
New update last pic was added at 4st 6lbs now my loss is 5lb 5lb so decided to put a new picture up :)

Not sure what went wrong there but 3rd pic is latest
