Nearly there!

Hi, I started my slimming world journey 14 months ago weighing in at 14 stone 1lb. It's been a bumpy road but finally I'm nearly at target. Here goes!

Omg...you look amazing. Well done, what an inspiration. Taking the 'scenic route' and having a bumpy journey just means you've had a more interesting journey on your way to destination!

Thank you. I nearly gave up earlier this year and ended up having a 3 month break. I'm so glad I got back on track, my confidence is back and I'm enjoying being me again:)

Thank you, to be honest the time has flown by. If you had told me on the day I joined it would take me over a year to get to where I am I probably would have turned around and walked out of the door. I'm so glad I didn't know, as like you said those 14 months would have happened anyway.
 
Thank you. I'm happy at the weight I am now and feel that if I didn't lose anymore it wouldn't bother me but I still want to get to target as it's the weight I remember feeling really confident at.

Can I ask how much exercise did you do and was it e easy?

Thank you, I mainly followed ee with the odd red and green day thrown in.I bought an air walker off eBay for £30 and it's really helped as I find it so easy which means I exercise 4-5x a week for 40minutes. Good luck with your journey and I look forward to seeing your before and after photos :)
