I agree with that - for my first week in the gym I didn't even look at anyone cos I was so embarrassed that I was the biggest there. Turns out I wasn't, but I'm in awe of all gym go-ers now - I know how hard it is
Does anyone else have a fear of treadmills? I tried running on one the other day, and my feet couldn't keep up even on the slow setting. Doesn't help that the treadmills are next to a window - looking through makes me feel like I'm going to fall!! Anyone got any treadmill tips to actually being able to run on it?! x

God just done some of my Davina (which I have not done for a long time) and my word it kills - but this is only at the beggining when I have used the muscles in a long time. Once my lazy body gets used to it I have no pain
But it is well worth it for the buzz. However, I HATE gyms and mirrors, yuk!

I went to the gym on holiday and 'jogged/ran' for the first time ever.....i started to speed it up to a point where i was walking vvvv fast, then just upped the speed to a jog....i did this for like half of my ipod track, then back down to a fast fast walk.
Try that - although once i was jogging and hit the emergency stop button, i nearly fell off.
