I was knackered at the time, I was starting to hurt and my face was bright red, I was out of breath and my heart was beating very fast... why am I not sore today? Am I doing it wrong? Should you be in pain after exercise..?!??! worried I'm wasting my time not doing it properly.Sorry if this is a silly question! xx

I can only manage 15 - 30 pushes/pulls when it's on about 3kg.. the weights hurt me more than all the other exercise so I take it easy with them. I actually did feel a bit rubbish yesterday, stiff and tired, I think it's more of a gym hangover I get??
