Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination

    haha ewww, whhhy?!

It's the oil that gets me, I don't like really oily foods. Also the burgers were a hideous grey colour lol.

I watched The Ace of Cakes the other day, that had me drooling all over the remote. I love teh cake!

    oh my gosh cake !!!

he was doing a challenge where he had to eat really spicy things (not sure if its the same every week?) anyway, had this super hot chilli, and there was a big lump of chilli con carne in the middle of the bowl and then sat around the outside of the bowl was a ridiculous amount of oil/fat urghhh!! put me right off mince in general to be honest! and i agree about the burgers - not appetising at all! wouldnt thank you for one nowadays xx

Ohhhh i like Man vs Food but it ALWAYS makes me hungry. I don't know why I do it to myself. I could literally eat my boyfriends arm is some points in that show!! Its the sandwiches and things that get me, I love a good sandwich and they always look sooooo good, but sooooo bad

Also I LOVE ace of cakes- they make the coolest cake. I bet they cost an amazing amount though. Its a fun programme, I sky plus it the curl up on a saturday morning before the OH gets out of bed and I watch Biggest Loser then ace of cakes.. HA the irony!!
