Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! atm its going ok, doing a mix of ee/red days.. long way to go to target as i fall off the wagon a lot (especially at weekends when the bottle of wine calls my name) but i keep persevering
