    Goal Date: anytime so long as I get there. There is no hurry.

    Current BMI: 38.3
    Goal BMI: 29.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st0lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st9lb
    % Lost 6.09%
    Oh, I am so disappointed for you .

    It will be so worth it when you do finally give up. You would not take a bottle of paracetamol or drink a bottle of arsenic so you will not kill yourself with the filthy weed.

    Thinking of you so strongly and hoping you can stay strong. I think all of us here really care.

    Can your doctor help you ?? One of the girls on my little website was on a tablet that made it possible to stop.

    Oh dear I do hope you didn,t think I was referring to you stopping smoking. It was meant for Bikiniqueen cos I know she will be disappointed in herself and I support anyone who wants to stop smoking even my DH who has tried so many times to stop.

    I am disappointed with myself, there isn't any point in me dressing things up and giving excuses because there really aren't any. I could have chosen not to smoke and instead I chose to not only ask my friend for some I then went and bought some more!

    The more I think about it the scarier it becomes, I know how pathetic that sounds as in being scared of a cigarette but I'm hoping you will know what I mean.

    I'm thinking seriously about the nrt route but being honest I think no matter what I try at the moment I'm going to faff it up because I'm falling out of the good mindset I was in I'm letting my concerns about gaining weight stop me from doing the single most positive thing I can do for my health.

    You are doing SW so every time you get the urge to eat, grab a free food. Take a delicious nectarine, a free yogurt, a crunchy apple. Make up a box of crudites of carrot, celery, apple. Nibble instead of smoking.

    I love your honesty. You do not hide behind anything. That is why I know you can do it .

    Go girl !!!! Get of that mountain of ash and do yourself the biggest favour you can ever do yourself !!!

    aw thank you hun you're right of course and free food is amazing! I'm overthinking things that's the problem lol. When I'm smoking I'm thinking about quitting, when I quit I'm worried about overdoing the free food.

    Too much worrying and not enough doing lol that's the problem
